Refund Policy

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, customers may return goods within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not offered for opened or used items unless the product is faulty.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
