Refund Policy

​Refunds & Cancellations

 

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, customers may return goods within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.​


We aim to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a refund or cancellation within 7 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • For digital or service-based products, refunds may only apply if the service has not yet been delivered.
     

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through misuse, due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not offered for opened or used items unless the product is faulty.
     

Processing Time:
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7- 10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
